Tuning

I haven't read anything about it that I can remember, so I was wondering how or where I could get a good tune for my 06 Ralliart in or around Arkansas.

I am still new to the entire tuner scene, but I'm slowly learning as I read through some of these threads.

hes got a point bro...., but yea, hackish is the only one that does a reflash, and then you have piggy back units from RRM, and RPW.

Is it really necessary to "get a good tune?"

i would say so. you can build the motor all you want, but with out tuning the computer to run it all together correctly, it wont run as it should and you wont be getting all the bang for your buck. you gotta build up both sides, the hardware and the software.

i think it's that one that goes like, "da daa DAH, doo dee doo DOOOH"

And the answer is....: what they said, get the goods software (not much to choose from), and any good tuner should be able to figure it out...ask people around where you live who have boosted rides...

The tune is pretty easy with the right tools. It makes 8-10 hp at the wheels. Depends on the dyno. There is some tuning software in beta testing right now so I suspect when it's released to the public we'll have to sign up as vendors here so we can advertise here.
