Well the ride has started feeling a bit off which is leading to my suspision of the struts. Its started to bounce and rock a lot more than it use to. And I noticed a pop when i backed out of my parking spot at work. The only other time I have experienced this is in my GF's car. Whenever she backs up the initial movement causes something in the rear to pop. Its not extremely loud and a passenger wouldnt notice it if the radio was on but it still kinda concerns me as ive never had this happen in my RA before.
By the way I just started running the Torque app from the android market in my car with the kiwi bluetooth OBDII reader. Its pretty amazing. Did a run tonight with it to get some readings turned up with a 0-60 in 9.5, 182 horsepower, and i believe it was a 19.*something* 1/4 mile. Has anyone else used this device? Im curious as to how accurate it is. Im loving it so far. Being able to read my temps and pressures and everything is amazing.

I agree, decide what you want based on how you use the car. If you are on a strict budget and it sounds like you are, be really honest with yourself about what part of the driving experience you really like and focus on enhancing that. I mostly go for handling mods. If I wanted a 1/4 mile car I'd get an American V8 and supercharge it to run 11's no problem. The Ralliart is what it is - tight, a lot of fun to drive, torquey, not a drag racer (although it's fun to play that with it).
That being said, I will try Cranswicks turbo before I decide on a forced air option. If I had the time I'd go nuts on a Ralliart like Lazukard has.

Thanks for all the advice guys! I think I have a much cleaner plan to go by now. I'll keep this updated when things actually happen!

lmao! Its starting to seem that way huh? You have the AT as well what is your plan when hackish's tuning is done? Turbo, or Supercharger? My day dreams keep pulling me back and forth I cant settle on which I'd get better use of.

Alright. Its been a while since Ive posted anything on my ride so here we go.
Ive been saving up money and been planning to order some S.Techs, an UDP, and the OBX headers. But Im trying to cover my butt here so I wanted to ask a question. The image of the OBX headers makes it look like the pipe and all comes fairly straight out the back. And after looking at a few other threads Im pretty sure there are a few more bends in the pipe than what they have. I would look for myself however Ive not been able to jack my car up for a while to take a peek.
So here is the picture:

So anyone who has installed these have you had any problems with the installation or is it just me being paranoid? And when I do go to install should I invest in a highflow cat or go straight pipe? How much louder would she be with a straight pipe? lol
Thanks for any help guys!

i can tell you right now, that exhaust looks like it would sit quite low, and also appears to delete the cat all together...if you need a catalytic converter you'll need to modify it...

Thats what I was thinking. And the only reason I would want a catalytic converter is if its going to be god awful loud. My friend's eclipse doesnt have a cat, but it has a flow master exhaust and it back fires. Anyway, I imagined a few more bends were in the pipe. I was told from members here to look into the OBX pipe. I found this one that seems to have a few more bends and may not sit as low. Thoughts?

EDIT :: Maybe its just the angle of the pictures now that I look at it... idk.
