Couple clutch install questions

The lancers been apart for over a year, took that long to find another tranny, got one from lkq for $500 and got a oem exedy clutch for $215.

I'm ready to install, but I dont remember 100% which spacers go where. One fits over the pilot bearing so I figure that one goes on first against the crank, then put on the flywheel, then the spacer that doesn't fit over the pilot bearing goes on next then put on the bolts at 75 ft lb. Is that correct? Also I have the pilot bearing with the larger opening facing the crank and the small opening facing the tranny. I remember having a hard time tightening down the flywheel before, had to have someone hold a pry bar on the starter teeth to keep it from spinning.

I am also a newb at clutch pedal engagement adjustment. Is that an under the hood adjustment or right at the pedal?

I am also taking off the ss clutch line and putting it back to stock, never had any problems with stock, so I feel I cant go wrong. Think the old clutch may have failed due to lack of grease or a bent finger since it broke two fingers. The grease goes on the pivot of the fork and on the input shaft only correct?

This is a 2004 ralliart and Im putting in a used 06 tranny, I have heard the 04 ralliarts had clutch/tranny problems but I think I would still be driving on my stock clutch had I not switched anything out, but my tob was getting bad and I did have a few hard spots on my flywheel.

nothing? ive only seen a couple pics of them on this site. The round rings with the bolt holes for the flywheel. Also any idea why 2 of the bolts are off centered/ differently spaced? This is one of the few sites that bogs down my computer but if I have to I will use the search option.

sorry I missed this post...the flat one goes on the crank, the flywheel goes over that, and then the one with the lip on the inner part goes on last, then your bolts...it's 7 bolt crank, not sure why the bolt holes are offset...could be a balance thing, in relation to the crank, it only goes on one way...

any idea why the pilot bearing doesnt really do anything? With my 91 pathfinder the pilot bearing was about the size of my index finger and it went into the crank and the tip or the input shaft went into that.
