2004 Automatic Ralliart 2.4L SOHC:
Stock cat was rattling so had the bottle neck in system exhaust replaced with 2.5" piping along with new catalytic converter. Stock exhaust and header. Exhaust tone is deeper with a slight rasp when accelerating on cool engine. The rasp minimizes as engine gets to regular operating temperature. Car seems to rev a little easier on the freeway. May have lost a little bit of torque down low. Overall the tone is pretty nice.

Would've preferred 2.25" but went with what they had in stock. It's okay but should've just went with what I wanted rather than settling. Rasp seems to be decreasing over time. Would a Galant or Eclipse GT throttle body help with or cause further loss in torque?
A handful of other Ralliart owners have run 2.5 and been fine. Getting the car properly tuned would be the best bet for getting the most out of you car.
