Check engine light codes

Hey all, I am posting this situation I have run into to see if any of you have any insight on the subject. Up untill this weekend I have had no cat. The CEL was on and I got my guy at super lube to check the code. Had to do with the fact of no cat. This weekend I installed the RRM hi flow cat and the UDP. UDP was pretty straight forward and easy to install and the cat was just cut and weld into the downpipe before the first o2 sensor. The battery was reconnected and volia! CEL gone..... so I have thought. Id say about 25 minutes into driving the CEL came back on. So today I went to super lube to get it checked out. (the asst manager loves when the ralliart comes in, always wants me to rev up inside the building lol) anyway he checked it and the 3 codes popped up:

P0134
P0130
P2195

keep in mind i have the following on the car
-udp
-timing box
-piggy back ecu
-SRI
-Header DP with hiflow cat
-Magnaflow muffler
-25 inch resonator

I did a some reading and this came up

P0130 O2 Sensor Circuit
P0134 O2 Sensor Circuit No Activity Detected
P2195 O2 Sensor Signal Stuck Lean

Now would I check to see if the first 02 sensor is connected properly?
do I have to tune the piggy because of the signal stuck lean?
My AFR off? too much air? too much fuel? (in the process of reading how to tune the piggy properly)

I am wondering if anyone has came across this situation or have some insight of what step I should take next to resolve the problem?

Thank you in advance and appreciate the help.
and as it stands right now the CEL was taken off and it still hasnt came back on.....yet

your car has 2 o2 sensors on it, one before the cat , one after---if I was a betting man, sounds like you have the rear one by-passed or simply cut the wires-- fix that. That may not fix your issue completely as the HFC could thro a code for you as well-- but start there.

Thanks pal I'll take a look at the second one. See if it's loose or something because I haven't touched or removed it. I'll update when I get a chance to get under the vehicle

Update! Went to pArt source bought a new o2 sensor, when I was replacing the pre cat sensor, the sensor itself was loose in the downpipe which in turn dirtied the sensor. Also it was not clipped in all the way because 2 of the prongs were bent on the electrical plug in under the console. Cel fixed!

did you say you had a catalytic converter welded in before the first O2 sensor? that would be your problem, as one is meant to read pre-cat AFR, and one is readin post-cat AFR and the signals are compared, if both sensors are on the same side of the catalytic converter, they'll read the same thing and the ECU will think that one of the sensors is dead because there is no difference in the signals...also the sensor being loose isn't making it dirty...running rich is making it dirty. also, an exhaust leak will cause the sensor to read lean because fresh air is getting into the exhaust, then the ECU will compensate and add fuel, degrading fuel economy and performance, not saying that's your problem, but that's what would happen...do you have a wideband? doing any kind of tuning without a wideband is pointless...for all you know, the engine could be losing power.

There is one o2 sensor before the cat and one after. The one before the cat was replaced.. My cel did come back up just with 1 code p0133. I can hear the exhaust leak when I drive, it makes my muffler sound a bit raspy but the pipe connection that I thought was loose was after the second o2 I guess I'll have to check every connection from the head back to the muffler. And hmm when I plled the o2 seņor it literally looked like dust around it from not being in the pipe securely. I could swear I've lost power. Honestly crans if you have an idea please let me know

can you get a picture of what the sensors looks like? when you say dirty, I assumed black, but if it's like brown with speckles of **** on it, that would not be conducive of running rich...let me brainstorm a little bit and i'll get back to you with some follow up questions.
