Are you sure the oil is leaking from the oil pan? Have you removed the cover on the bottom of the transmission that closes of the bell housing to see if anything is leaking from there?

It's leaking right from the top rear corner where the cover goes on the flywheel it's coming from gasket . I notice there's a line like that connects from the flywheel to where the pan bolts up I was seeing if that nut is loose but it's tight I wish I could show a pic every time I try to post a pic on here some random guy pops up with a black lancer

You can see the rear of the crank shaft here in the bottom right. Where the flywheel connects, if that seal around the shaft goes bad it could appear to be coming from the oil pan.

I'm doing my clutch soon so do I have to take out the whole tranny to get to it ? And wouldn't it have to get past the oil pan gasket ? Or is there another way it could get out ?

car jerking in first is probably your clutch...yes the transmission needs to come off to replace the clutch.

not sure what you're asking, in the above question

No, it leaks from between the crankshaft and the seal, or the block and the seal. It will run down and could appear to be the oil pan gasket.

Yes, the oil pan touches the rear main seal housing...so if it was leaking between the block and the housing, then it would look like the oil pan was leaking...this is what the rear of the block looks like with no transmission/flywheel/clutch...
