This is my first post here so i apologize for being new to this. I figure stuff out on the spot usually and don't usually need help but this one as me stumped. As soon as I turn my key on the fans come on and stay on for most of the time the car is running and/or the key is in the on position without the car running. They usually stay on after I take the key out of the ignition for a couple seconds before turning off. I don't think its the coolant temp sensor because: there is no code being thrown, its not bypassed, and its reading the correct temp. Should I buy a new sensor? Other than that I have no clue.

 

It's not the coolant sensor but the Fan Control Module (FCM). You want to buy that from the dealership since the versions on Ebay/Rock Auto is most likely the older/faulty version.
