Nothing is going to happen if your driving in the rain and etc.
Now if you decide to drive through a puddle(pond) thats more than 2 1/2 feet deep, then your retarded and you deserve hydrolock.. Your really not going to need this thing...

Yeah i decided just to ut the kit on as the short ram setup, because i did not have the time to take out the battery and take off the bumper so i just put it on that way.If you are are really worried then just go for the short ram setup. The kit can be set up both ways.

If you do decide to put the cold air extension on, you don't need to remove the bumper.

Talking I all ready done it.,

It works but put it at the end of the first pipe. If you put it down by the bumper it will get wet just like the make filter. Oh by the way if you do get it soaked recommend you replace. even if it sucks to take the bumper off to do it.
