is that spongue in there???...or is it like k&n filter...cant really see it clearly...but i've got a k&n filter...and it seems like its really easy to clean...i've only had it on for like 500 miles so far...but its just like a mesh with red cloth...but its not too dense...no spongue or nethin...so im assuming that'll b really easy to clean

but as far as i've read...ur suppose 2 just rinse it...and get the dirt out...and then oil it

how often do you clean your filter? also, it's probably best to air dry ... instead of using heat to dry it. just put it in front of a fan to dry it for like an hour.

honestly, there is really no concrete answer for how often you should clean your filter. do it whenever it gets dirty or dries out. remember the reusables use the oil to stop the particles. how often? whenever it gets dirty or dry. could be 5,000 or 20,000. check it every time you get your oil changed.
