People in mexico pay like 25% more of the price of a car just for taxes sake... then they wonder why their resale price goes down at the time they take the car from de dealer.

Then, they have to pay 2.6% of the car value each year for 10 years (Mexico is the only country that charges this extra tax) the RA pays here $480 US a year.

High taxes are killing us

Sounds like the bull**** property tax they have in South Carolina. They base it on the value of the car, so an Evo would have a high rate while my little ES was $250. It's like being penalized for owning stuff. I bought the car in San Diego and paid sales tax, I shouldn't have to pay more taxes after that. So anyway, end of off topic rant.

There are cheaper solutions for a mesh grill. For example, you can buy mesh from a hardware store then cut the plastic slants, bondo, and paint. I'm not sure how the mesh attaches to the surrounding plastic piece though. Accolade has one, doesn't look as great though. RRM, I'm told, plans on making one too which will hopefully look more OEM than Accolade's...and cheaper price.

I'm plannin on ordering the mesh grill from Accolade. Its alot cheaper then the OEM version and they say it fits the OEM holes.
