Clutch?
Clutch?
I think this is already a thread but this is my problem so I want to hear some opinions.
When I first start up my car when I start to drive it takes a second for the throttle..well acceleration to kick in. I think it's my clutch.. The thing is it works fine once the car warms up...BTW it is a stock clutch with 28000 miles on it. Do you guys think it's gunna go soon?

Quick way to tell if your clutch is slipping. Get your car rolling at about 5-10 mph, put it in 5th gear, let out the clutch, the floor the accelerator. The car should bog and stall. If it doesn't, you might have slippage.
Thanks i'll give it a try....Do you think maybe it could be my tranny fluid? I know they change it at 30k so maybe that could be it. It might be getting dirty and thick.
It's not your tranny fluid. Get it changed at 30k, but that's not your problem.
By "it takes a second for the throttle..well acceleration to kick in" do you mean the engine revs up, but the car doesn't go faster, or do you mean you step on the gas, and it takes a few seconds for the engine to start revving up?
If it's the latter, are you starting the car and immediately taking off? Try starting the car and letting it warm up for 10-15 seconds before you start moving. You'll notice it starts, idles high, then the idle drops and gets choppy, smoothes out, gets choppy again, then smoothes out for good. That's when you should start moving.

Well, then that's not your clutch, either. Are you having this issue all the time, or just for less than a minute after a cold start?
28,000 on the car, you could pop off the intake hose and see if your throttle body is dirty. I doubt it, but a dirty throttle body can cause hesitation like that.
Try starting the car and letting it warm up for 15-20 seconds, as I said in a previous post. See if that changes its behavior.
