you will have to drill 2 new holes , which is not a big deal ..... the high spoiler will be hiding the 2 holes that wont b e used

haha, yea if the holes line up fine with the RA to a Evo trunk, then the Evo spoiler should line up fine with a RA trunk... But from what i hear that's not right, i'm not sure about the RA on the evo, but with the evo on the RA some drilling is required... which is the main reason why i didn't get it because i might want to switch back...

AND THE ANSWER IS....

The Evo spoiler needs 3 holes on each side (left and right). The RA spoiler only uses 2 holes on each side.

If you put the RA spoiler on the Evo, it's a direct fit, but one of the holes doesn't get used.

If you put the Evo spoiler on the RA, you need to drill a 3rd hole on each side.

GET IT?

^That's not right... If we're talking about a spoiler off of an Evo, or directly from Mitsu... I don't know about the a/m replicas, though

I have a spoiler off the MR...
You need to drill 2 holes towards the front of the trunk...
If you open the trunk & look at the underside... There's those rubber spacers that you can change the height of to change the clearance of those...
You can take those completely out...
If you do you will then see where the holes will go for the Evo wing to fit...

Then I don't know what I'm talking about. I'm just sharing what the manufacturer of the replica told me when I was considering the Evo 8 replica wing.

Sorry if this isn't clear...
If you open your trunk all the way... Look in front of you & you'll be looking at the underside of the trunk lid on what the spoiler rests on...

There's a rubber piece that's like a stopper for the trunk... One on each side...

If you take those out then you can see where the front screws will go/holes will need to be drilled for the wing...
