Have run it in my EVO for over 130k. I wouldn't even consider another fluid if it was free. 100% OEM trans and still shifts like butter to this day. I use a strict 6-10k drain interval. Great Stuff

Thanks man, any RA guys try this too? I mean the GM Synchromesh is $14, and the Pennzoil Synchromesh is at my autopart store for $6 a bottle, so I'm thinking if its the same product at half the price, why not?

How many miles can you put on the BG Syncroshift II before it needs to be changed?

Im certainly not saying what im doing is right. Check your manual as to when your supposed to change it. As of now my tranny is still a bit notchy. On the bright side it still feels the same as when i changed it when i put in the turbo.

It kinda all depends on driving conditions and weather and temp. etc. Lots of diff. things factor all that in really hard to say how long it will last. Honestly can't say. The Synchromesh fluid though is a very very superior fluid. Some manufacturers say some synthetic fluids are 'LIFETIME' fluids which personally I think is freaking insane. Generally most cars are 2yrs./30k
Hope some of this helps

Pennzoil Syncromesh every 30k.

The GL5 for differentials has high pressure, active sulfur additives that eat yellow metals.
