I have it. I got the upright rack (no need to remove the front wheel). And like the OEM roof rack itself, it's made by Yakima. I don't like the bike rack. It's called the Yakima Ankle Biter Deuce. It grabs one of the bike's crank arms for securement. I'm sure it's safe, but the bike does move some. I would just get the Yakima rack which grabs the downtube if you must have an upright mount. Hope that helps. Joe.

I want the fork mount (remove the front tire) because I like those better. I had heard from my dealer that the roof rack didn't fit the Ralliart, but I have a hard time believing that. I wanted my local dealer to order one anyway, but they just called me today (nearly a week after I asked them to order the rack for me), and they said the bike rack was discontinued.

So I ordered one from an online dealer. Hope they have one in stock.

I've got a non-OEM yakima rack sitting in the attic of my shed. Never got around to fitting it to my RA, though. Maybe I should and let you all know if it works out. I have the ankle biter attachment for it, as well, but have no complaints about it.

Yeah, it does get the job done. Mark, the OEM roof rack does fit the Ralliart, that's what I have. And like I said, it's all Yakima stuff, same part numbers and all. The best part is that I bought it online, and saved at least $80-$100 over buying the rack from an online Yakima retailer. It even came with 8 locking cores.

Yeah, that's why I'm trying to find one. I originally looked at Yakima's website, but their markup is just insane. To be able to fork-mount two bikes to the roof of my car would cost $500+ from Yakima's site. $80 for the cross bars and one fork mount from a dealer, plus another $70-80 for another fork mount from Yakima sounds SO much better.

Thanks for the info, guys.

Update: Got the towers, cross bars, and locking cores today. Now I just need the fork-mount bike holders.

Hello! I used to work at a bicycle shop. I got a Thule rack that is just like the Mitsu OEM rack (It even use the same roof hard points for the hooks). If your Yakima bar is square like the Thule ones I think that you can use the Thule bike carriers also w/o any problems or even the Sportrack Hammerhead with the Universal adapters.

Nope. Yakima bars are round. I picked up a pair of their Copperhead bike mounts. Drove around a while to make sure everything's secure. It's all good.
