Newbie at this forum...leavin for the weekend, but my 04 Lancer Ralliart, I put the RRM motormounts in, and I have an Injen intake, and for some reason I can be driving and then slow to the light with my clutch in, and idle dives to like 570rpm..and then raises back to normal... has never done this before, just wondering if it may be the intake...and or cuz I have no perf exhaust to equal the intake/exhaust, please if NE one knows anything, please help, anticipating on the RRM header/downpipe...

If you reset you ECU after installing the intake, give your car a couple days to figure itself out.


If you didn't reset your ECU after installing the intake, go out and do so. Then give it a couple days to figure itself out.

i have that problem, i reset my ecu everytime i do something to my car... and it still does it.. i don't care anymore. It runs i'm happy...

sometimes my Auto drops low when idling. even parked it bounces some, never that low though. but lanzerralliart is right i think its cool.

yea, im gonna try it sometime...I mean I had an EGR insufficient code, and then I took off the EGR, and cleaned her out. Previous to that I had disconnected the battery, then after I did the egr, hooked battery back up, and light was off, and then never came on again, but from what I understand, my friends said that those codes still stay in computer...so I guess I'll get someone to clear my comp, thanks for the help guys...let ya'll know what happens...
