Clicking noise from right rear

I have been noticing a noise from my car, started out as a simple noise when I accelorated out of a corner to the left at about 20 or higher. Began by thinking it was CV axle, tried and found that it wasnt CV axle, car only made clicks while on the ground, and never under braking only under accel. and turning to the left, well today after lunch got into my car and then took off going over to my work, the car made noise during braking acceling turning *either direction* and is lounder, but inside the cab it makes a loud gulping noise like its trying to suck fluid. I got under the car and looked and nothing was happening. in there the only thing that seemed to be out of place was the inside of the wall that protects the tire from the fuel tank seemed close but I think that's just design. anyone else had this happen before? Please reply on this post anyone with ideas.

check your rear sway bar could be loose and check the rest of the bolts back in that area.
