how hard is it to install the motor mounts? should a shop do it? or could i do it myself?

i'll take that damper off your hands too

^its a pita to put them in. a lift would make it alot easier to do.

The NSC torque dampers DO work for me. It eliminated wheel hop on my car and improved my launch. I don't know about other torque damper designs, but the NSC one does do what it's supposed to do.
I still have mine aswell. There first one broke on me but they gave me a redesign one and even install, it WORKS LIKE A CHARM. My favorite mod of all of mine. I love it, can't speak enough about it!

The front one is not too bad, I did it in my garage. The rear one looked to be more work so I had RRM change that one out for me.

Front mount is esy as cake, rear one is not PITA but it takes some time... and definetly get 14 and 17 mm ratchet wrench.

They are CRAP. I broke mine in a month. They make horable nosies. They do NOT eliminate wheel hop.

I have the zaklee , and I filled my mounts, and I can notice a difference w/o the dampener , worth it IMO

The rear mount install is not as hard as everyone makes it sound. Only two bolts aren't accessible from under the car and one bolt that is accessible is just easier to do from the top. I used a universal joint attached to 11" extension to reach this one. Also, removal of the stock airbox or if you have a sri or cai will help with the install.Once you have removed the mount and are reinstalling it, lifting the transmission to get the bolt in is quite easy, I did it with one hand, it was very light. If you can find a shop to do it cheap then go for it, however since you live in fort mac I'm guessing you may be hard pressed to find a cheap shop.

are you talking about the damper or mounts? sounds like your talking about the damper which means someone else here finally agrees with me......yay
