It came with clamps. Not the dinky little screws but thre metal clams that are rounded and flat that grip around the existing pipe. It has been on two years through utah winters. I have never had to tighten it or had it wobble and when I installed it I tried to get it too move. It will not come off unless the pipe underneath rusts. As for the brand I am not sure. It was the only one of its kind on the rack. I was originally going to order a Borla tip and have it welded on but I stumbled accross this at Pep Boys and it worked perfectly. It is about 6-8 in long and does not have and weird ricey things about it. Wish I could help you out with the brand.
