UDP = electrical problems?

So my car is currently at the dealership right now. out of nowhere, my car was facing some minor electrical problems... every time i brake, my left rear turn signal would light up as if it was the break light. when im at a stop, signaling left, it would flicker really fast as if it was one of those ricer cars. also, in the back, the taillight would signal rather than the signal light... anyways, i took my car to the dealership this morning, they said my car is still under warranty, however, if they find it to be due any of my modifications, i have to pay $99. im hoping its not because of the UDP, because im really broke now, haha

anyone know what are some other issues that the UDP may cause?

$100 bucks is not bad at all!!! i bet they blame it on the pulley because they want your money, but the pulley won't cause that, all the pulley would do if it did underdrive the electronics to much would make them dim or not fuction.

UDP would not cause that.
Faulty turn signal relay, yes.

UDP does not equal electrical problems for sure .We have 1000s of pulleys out there. I can only say your dealer want to jam you up for it. MITSU DEALERSHIP buy pulleys from us to sell over their counter. I am sure the problems are not related.

yeah, they weren't, i was just guessing because it didnt make sense to me why i encountered such a problem after this recently installed MOD, but somehow my wires connecting to my rear tail lights were corroded, so it was a $161.81 fix...

Check your trunk seal for leaks.
