I just put a SRI in and ever since, 2 days, it idles extremely low. When i'm driving and put it in neutral it will sometimes go so low that it stalls out. Not real familiar with it but I would imagine there is a way to adjust the idle...?

 

There isn't. Disconnect your battery for 10 minutes, then start the car and let it idle for 10 minutes, then take it for a drive. Your ECU just hasn't adjusted to the new intake.

 

hm.........i've tried that many times, still doesn't work and my car just keeps dipping below 500 rpm then jumps then 500 rpm again. or sometimes stalls. i will be cleaning the throttle body soon and let see if that solve anything.

 

valve clearance? im a newb, but my car would idle like s*** before the service. now it rides/sounds like new. and racman, i pmed you...can you get back to me?

 

Clean your MAF.

 

do you have a check engine light?

 

My car stalls out at idle with the AC on only?

 

heat soak maybe causing the low idle? does your sri have a heat shield?

readjust your SRI, i had this same problem and it bugged me like a bad rash
make sure the silicone hoses are real snug and the clamps are tight enough
somewhere your not getting enough air
