P0462 Fuel Sensor Voltage Low
I've been getting this reoccurring CEL, has anyone else gotten this? If so what did you do to resolve it?
I've been googling it like a madman and everything pretty much points (in a worst case scenario) to replacing the fuel pump assembly. I would like to avoid this if at all possible. This weekend I want to check all the wiring to make sure its a-okay, but I am not sure where the wiring leads to (ECU or engine bay? and where exactly). If the wiring is okay I was thinking I could throw some sort of fuel cleaner to (hopefully) remove any debris from the filter itself. Any other suggestions or ideas?

Not a fuel pump issue. Your fuel level sensor is likely starting to fail. If you want to test it, use a multimeter to measure the resistance on the sensor. It should read 3 +- 0.8 ohm with the arm down, and 110 +- 2.5 ohm with the arm up. Pin 1 will be the sensor pin, and pin 2 is ground.

^Excellent thanks Otter, I'll check my old EMS disk for any other instructions. You wouldn't happen to know a part number for the fuel level sensor do you? I'd like to price it out.
