If you have the plug in the trunk then you MIGHT not need to wire anything, at least in my evo RS (did not come with rear wiper) when I replaced the stalk the rear wiper motor worked, and I even added the rear water pump for the fluid. Only problem I found is the bracket that holds the wiper motor does not come with the car, in other words, you have to fabricate a bracket to hold the motor in place, and yes the rear glass from the evo should fit the lancer, do not drill a whole on your glass, most likely the whole thing will shatter.
I will post pics when I do this install, I got all the parts needed finally, just don't have the time to do it
