How? Adjust valvelash cold?
I just got my head resurfaced and stem seals replaced. they had to cut my valves to get them to seal properly and now they say i have to adjust my valves because theyve been cut.
the how to on valve lash says i have to get it hot, but since its not installed on the car, i cant get it hot. how do i adjust it?
any input?

As long as the cam is installed on the head then you can do it. Just make sure that, after everything's assembled, that you go back and adjust the valves when hot. The cold measurement is just to get you roughly in range.
