^$200
...total...or each..?

my car's insurance is $150, bike is about $60, my girl's car is about another $150 and her bike's insurance is about another $60...(about $420/mo)

(i have the 04 RA and a 07 suzuki boulevard s50, she's got a 09 jetta stick shift and a 08 ninja 250r)

thinking after i posted this tho...
u probably dont have full cover, and low deductibles on everything tho kuzz its all paid off...we do since they're not, and we figure its more likely well have less money available in the event of a accident...(xept my bike, still full covered tho)...

He was in a state that's cheaper to insure, Michigan is one of the most expensive. That said, though, you're still paying way too much. My 3 cars, all full coverage with low deductibles, is right around $200/mo (though I do get a dual policy discount due to the house insurance), and the Ralliart is by far the most expensive of the 3 cars. That's probably the biggest reason why I won't be buying another Mitsu.

Im at $275 for payment, and $136 for insurance on my 05 RA, wifes 99 Granny Caravanny, and a 98 Plmouth Breeze (gets passed by snails on the freeway).

I use Esurance, and the above rate is for absolute maximum coverage for the RA and the van, and liability (still maxed coverage) on the breeze. only option box not checked on my policy was rental, cuz i have an xtra car. They beat the next competitor by over half. We've had to deal with them for one accident and windshield, and found them to be very easy to deal with.

Still kinda wishd id gotten a 6 speed SPEC V though. Hate freeway driving, rpms too hi.

^ It wouldn't have been that much of a difference, my bro's spec-v sits at about ~3100 +/- 100-200rpm in 6th gear going 100kmh/60mph depending on traffic

i coulda..wich is what the guy i bought the compressor for did...(y they didint need it anymore, xept his still worked...he just wanted weight reduction) but id rather have ac and be ok in my car instead of burning up and melting away inside my DD...
and now that im trying to get rid of the RA, it's "worth more" with working ac

plus i dont have to hear my fiancee or dad complain they're all hot n sweaty...or its too loud w/ the windows down, etc

I'm paying $275/month payment and $130/month insurance. Finally have the car paid off in October.

I'm torn as to whether I should get a 2010 Genesis Coupe or just buy a motorcycle next Spring. Been looking at the Harley-Davidson Sportster 48 and I'm thinking I have to have it.

****. I would just sell it and by a Civic or something if I were you. Not sure why you are even thinking about modding the car with that monthly price.

This sounds very familiar, albeit I'm not in the clear yet. Soon.

I'd keep the ralliart once it's paid off , at least for a year or so so you get that benefit of an extra 280 a month I had 2 bikes 3 years ago and as my family grew and I lost more friends with them. I sold them both over the years but it's a freedom that can only be realized by those that have driven, be safe my friend.

Well in canada lifes crap wen the insurance is under your own name and your under the age of 25, can't wait till next year in january hopefully it will drop to aroung 300 instead of 420 that's wen I'm 25, also might sell this guy once I pay off the car, thinking of either the chevy cruze or suzuki kizashi, those r really the only good cars brand new for the price. Mazdas body don't last in canadian wheather they rust in 2 years trust me a neaighbour had a brand new 1, and I never enjoyed the civics. I'm leaning towards the cruzes alittle more becouse suzukis maybe an xtra 6000 after taxes

To be honest I plan on keeping the car for many years after it's paid off. I'll probably look at buying the bike next Spring/Summer after saving up some of those ~$300 car payments for a while. My GF just bought a 2008 Altima Coupe and it has me wanting a new car something awful, but that extra $$$ each month will help ease my pain.

Plus the Ralliart is still going strong at just over 120K Miles (knock on wood)!!
