It should be enough. That's how I wired my interior footwell strips a few years back and it worked fine.

Do you have any advice for my case? I actually strip the power and ground of the parking light firstly. And then crimp the power and ground of LED strip to the corresponding wires of the parking light.

Finally, I made it. The colours of the LED strip are solid black and black w/ white strip. The solid black is not the ground as I thought. Occasionally, I simply tried to switch them. Then, it works....
