It's being a while since I've been active here. My story is that I had my RA turboed in PR with all EVO 9 interior and some exterior mods. Before coming to the US i parted the car out thinking it was not worth it to had it turbo and custom any more. Came to the US and bought an EVO X...an amazing car with lots of potencial but honestly too much invesment for me right now. Even with the X the love for my RA continue and it was my daily driver. Figure out I just want a car i can play around with it and not caring about a huge loan and figuring that the RA was my first car and still love it, i decide to go back with it. Here are the goals:

EVO 9 interior
rota boost 17x7.5
215/40/17 tires
turbo system
no spoiler
vis carbon hood
evo 9 roof (was told it could fit, still checking)
new sloted disks
new rear calipers
front DSM two piston caliper
stainless steel brake lines
larger tranny cooler
same fuel setup i usted

as soon as i start with it ill let you guys know... right now im in the south but due to job demand probably moving north by the end of the year still not sure...

just want to give you an update guys... im still alive... RAs are amazing cars and i can't sell my first LOVE...

im proud of all you guys who still have your RAs and keep modding them...

 

Welcome back! I am excited to see your new build.

The EVO X is a fantastic vehicle and having driven a few (either autocross or tuning them at work), I still found my RA much more fun to drive. Maybe because it was my own, I don't know, but I do love them. Not to sure what I will be getting now that mine is gone .

 

Damn manolo I didn't even get to see the X , but it's nice to hear about your full return to the darkside
