Question car dying

ok first off my car has been acting weird at idle. idling at 1k-1.1k then going down to about 700 and it will stay there but i kinda spikes on its own to about 9-1k from the 700. lately when coming up to stop signs i throw my car in "nuetral and it almost dies completely like almost sputttering if u will. today on my way home my car acutally died coming up to a stop sign when i was completly off the gas and on the brake, also at this time i lost my powersteering annd everything else as my car died... now there was two lights that came on but did not stay after i started up my car to move from the busy *** intersection. i believe it was the battery and oil light but i cant remember it happened pretty fast . anyone have any idea on what this could be. maybe the egr er egr valve? er anythign i checked the oil and all fliuds INCLUDING gas and everythings good. i have an intake n header n exhaust do u thing im gettig to much air not enough air er too little gas too much gas? no idea please help i want to attend to this problem tonight. thanks for taking some time out to read this.

How's the tension on the serpentine belt?
If power steering dies its normally the belt... And the low idle could be the alternator, wich is also on the same belt.. So If its slipping it could be kicking out both from time to time.

if the engine isn't turning, you don't have assisted steering that's typical, if you don't have power steering when the engine is running, if the belt is on, then the pump is toast, but i think your issues lie elsewhere...

Are there any DTC's? (check engine light), try resetting the ECU...

I have this same issue everytime I reset my ecu/disconnect the battery. After i drive it once or twice its fine. Before this though it starts at 1-1.5 ish then shudders like right before it resets itself the first start up but instead of normal it stalls out, but if i hold the gas around 700rpm for a tad bit then it starts to idle normal. A while ago though I did get a cel, it was a fuel leak somewhere, I wasn't sure if it was from me tampering with my fuel injector that I was testing out (thought it was causing another problem) or when I messed with the fuel pump. I just reset the car early today and it went through same symptons and now its normal again. And the cel dissepeared. So the point of this paragraph, try resetting ur car and see if it gets worse and then try my steps, at least well know were both having same issue.
