That really sucks man. Maybe consider getting an alarm to help fend off tools from trying to get into your car. I hope your repair goes well and it doesn't happen again.

To bad your dad didn't shoot out his bike's tire lol.

Yea I am thinking about getting an Alarm system. Just not sure which is the best to get. I have a system installed where I can pull this special key out and it kills the ignition. So with the special key out no one can steal my car. But I am considering a security system. Any ideas?

LOL! yea then I would have for sure ran after him.

Personally, I've ordered this remote starter/alarm http://www.compustar.com/remotes/RF-2W9000-SS.php

My wife had one before in her old ralliart and loved it.

Damage Fixed!))

So happy to get my car back today. It has felt like forever! Posting some pictures to show the work the shop did. I am really pleased with the job they did.

apparently this guy wasn't down with OPP...

lol..anyway sucks it happened, glad to see it's all fixed now...
i bought my car w/ a viper alarm alreday installed...and ive never not locked and armed the car in like 3.5 yrs ive owned it..
funny thing is a few months ago my wife's car got broken into(wich she locked and armed the oe vw "alarm"..a few thingas got stolen..nothing major(about $700 worth of stuff - mostly due to her old cellphone being included as out of contract price, and 2 pairs of her ~$70 work shoes)...but she's planning on getting an alarm too but it costs us more to put an alarm in her jetta than it did to just re-buy all the stuff she lost...wich sadly is much MUCH less than what they left was worth..(two ~$1000 work computers and other misc work equipment worth probably another $2000)and luckily no damage to the car...and insurance just gave usa a check for ~$500(~$750 minus the deductible $250)
