Calipers :(
^i hear amsoil DOT4 or (i'd never heard of it before, but i read up on it because i got told about it and it does exist, but i dunno what brands make it) DOT5.1(NOT DOT5, that will ruin your brake system) will help prevent the boiling...

i'm sure u can read up on it and find some online somewhere if u'd like to get some DOT5.1 or info about it

theres DOT5 and 5.1..i looked it up a while back...i can't remember offhand but i remember this site i found that explained a bunch of fluids and their boiling points...(DOTs 3, 4, super4, racing4, 5 - wich u should NEVER use in a car, and 5.1......to be exact...IIRC)
look up DOT 5.1(unless u just didn't type the ".1")
altho it also depends on what brand/quiality fluid dot 3, 4, or 5.1 u'r using....(you could theoretically get a dot3 of ridiculously high quiality w/ higher boiling point than a dot 5.1 of low quality...)
just compare boiling points, get the higherst you can get ur hands on/afford i suppose....i just use dot 4 and never had an issue...(then again ive never done track....want to tho..but what's the point when the car is basically bone stock and makin noises from everywhere...i'd rather wait till i can get sumn more done than the same as spirited driving)

also remember if you don't fully flush your system, and just top it off with the "better fluid", the boiling point will be equal to or less than the lowest boiling point, because it's only that rated boiling point if it's clean, dry and "pure"....
as soon as you mix it with any other fluid(s), once the lower boiling point gets reached no matter how high the other point(s) may be, it's already gassing and fading

UPDATE:
First off I got the actual paper for the quote and they included the master cylinder which is why it was so high but for the caliper and pads the quote was still 3-400.
Second off I just got it done today, ran into a few speed bumps, one being sunlight and the other being the brake pads didn't want to go in properly because they were painted on the back (Like a dull anti rust coating).
Basically how it went was, day 1: I replaced caliper and pads and started to bleed brakes but ran out of sunlight and suitable helpers to help me bleed brakes
Day 2: Called my friend from school to help me and we bleed the brakes and were done in another hour (plus time to put in new pads on other side)
Only thing that also messed me up day one was the fact i forgot I sucked air into the master cylinder, meaning I had to bleed that too which wasn't to bad but I def. will know next time. Anyways I def. recommend this for anyone to do themselves even with no car fixing exp.
