diagnostic trouble code (the fault code the ECU latches when your check engine light comes on.)

Ooohh ok. I'm no pro on the DTC but I know how to pull out the codes and erase them properly.... got a tool for that.... but my car isn't obd2 complaint... well it's not mentioned it is but the diagnostic tool I got can't find obd2 software even though it has the pin for it.
When I checked the first time I got all 3 codes from the maf sensor....i just replaced the maf with one I found in the scrap and all I got was a bps code 25.... i cleaned it out today with carb cleaner ( don't know if it's ok with maf but drys quick and doesn't leave any substances on) now git no codes except an ignition coil 1. I plan to clean out the intake, throttle and replace the head gaskets, replace ignition coil and do a service. Hopefully after a good restart I shouldn't have any problems. But out of topic, when I push full throttle car starts to die out... is that really from a bad ignition coil?

Replace the head gasket? I think that's going a little bit to far.. I don't know much about that engine maybe you should ask the es guys cause they have the same engine possibly the same problems.. I still think its your maf

replacing it was easy with another pair of hands.... cleaned it out too. i dunno if its the maf or not i plugged in the new one i got well its second hand but working. have u ever read of the wiring harness for the maf go weak or something cause i plug it in tight and it works great but sometimes i can hear the engine change sounds to like a harder sound. i usually get that sound when i disconnect the maf. i researched it with no luck if anyone has experience the same thing. its just luck sometimes i get it sometimes it runs fine.... other than a code 44 thats still there but ill post thisup somewhere else and see
