Front end damage: help me retrofit!
Hey guys,
I wrecked my '04 Ralliart the other day. I'm an idiot. Running on bald tires, the road was just too slippery...
My front bumper cover is smashed, and the driver's side headlight enclosure. Pretty much everything else is good! I'm figuring it's as good a time as any to do some mods.
I'm looking at getting the CarbonTrix/RRM EVO 9 Front bumper. Good idea?
I want to replace both headlight enclosures too - the other one isn't damaged, but it's all foggy from age and I want them to match. I figure, I may as well do HIDs too, right? My car doesn't have them stock, but it does have the blue LED running lights.
I'm very very confused about how to get HIDs. Is there any simple package I can buy that has the projection housing, lenses, and whatever else I'm supposed to have?
Any tips or experiences you can share about the headlights would be very helpful. I'm confused!
Thanks guys.

IMHO, if you want a bumper cover that looks like an EVO 9 bumper, there is another company that makes or used to make them, I think it was accolade. Just beware since since they had a so-so reputation. Aboutthe HID's, read the thread about hids on halogen headlamps before you buy any plug and play kits.

i would suggest for new lights and hid's...go to ebay...
2 lights will cost you as much as 1 non-ebay...
i know bwecause i thought about doing the same thing..but went the dumb way and only got the 1 OE replacement light...when i should've gone for the 2 when i had the chance...
so my lights didin't match...so then i did one of those restore kits on the fogged up one...which ended up all streaky...and still had no hid's
look on ebay what's available...
possibly as a set plug and play...
or buy the lights and the hid kits and install yourself...it shouldn't be too hard, it should come with instructions on wiring in...
