My 2006 RA update

I been looking at these forums for a whole and finding very important info on the well being of other RA owners. I have owned my RA since day 1 brand new. My car Has about 150,000 miles on its a manual. I have had the RRM Udp pully on it since the car was new. Aem Sri as well on. The car has been great. Engine runs like it's brand new. Sure I have had the worst moments from it. Ruptured brake lines, oil pressure switch went bad 2 times. I use it as my daily driver and auto cross a few times a year. It's super reliable. My question is when do most people usually replace the clutch? Mine seems good still. I have had some dirty transmission fluid changes

I replaced my stock clutch at 100,000 miles, still had lots of meat left on it, but the throw out bearing fell into several pieces when I pulled the transmission off.

Did you replace it with a oem style clutch? Or aftermarket?

Crans, would you recommend staying with OEM for stock power output?

the stage 1 feels really good...but I like a clutch you can really feel...on the other hand, for a DD, if you commute or encounter traffic often, I would then recommend OEM, especially for stock (or slightly above) power output...remember, the stage 1 clutch is good for 260 ft-lb, you'd be hard pressed to make that kind of torque without boost of some kind. I'm sitting around that torque capacity so I had to go with stage 2 (335 ft-lb)

I might have to look into the act stage one. I want something to have some bite so I won't worry about auto-crossing

unless you're making 200whp+ you should be slipping a new stock clutch. The stage 1 is like double the price of stock.
