I've seen a few sites that advertise the ES/LS/OZ Lancer AEM intakes incorrectly for the RA. It may have been one of those things.

Last I heard about it, someone from AEM was on here looking for somebody to use their car as a test-car for an AEM CAI. That was about a month ago. I e-mailed AEM a bit ago about when it'd be out, but never heard back from them. Maybe if we all e-mail them about it...

Some updated information. I talked to AEM on the phone today, and said to give it another 2 months before they have their intake out.

It's really tempting to buy the RRM CAI and cut it to accomadate a bypass during the wet seasons.

get the Injen CAI. Their intake is 2 pieces, you can fit the bypass in between. Injen is better than AEM IMO.

Werd! I bought the Injen intake put the AEM bypass valve on it and it's perfect! I wouldn't go with AEM personally (just my preference). All the dyno sheets I have ever seen Injen has always had high results. You pay more for and injen for a reason.

Where? For most cars I have seen the size of the AEM CAI is usally bigger than Injen CAI.

it really doesn't matter. An intake is an intake is an intake. The differences in the gains for the CAI's available for the RA are going to be negligible. Here's the breakdown:

AEM : K&N Filter, optional bypass valve, 2 piece.
Injen : Proprietary filter, 2 piece.
RRM : Other (but good) filter, 1 piece.

2.75 I think. They make different sizes and there is one that fits the injen perfectly.
