Thanks for the info!

Hmm, I thought with 17's I would need 215/45/17. Yeah, tire rack says 45's, so 40's are even lower profile. I think I'll try the 45/17's.

Wife and I only have one vehicle, so I don't want to make it a rock, but going to 215/45/17 shouldn't be THAT big of a deal. I'll just need to make sure I run the pressures as low as I can for street driving to keep it a bit softer.

You can run 45's, but I run 40's because this is VERY close to the diameter of the stock setup (i.e. very little speedometer issues). Check the tire calculator in my previous post ^^^#4

Yeah I did.. 45's are closer that 40's. With 17's, 40's are quite a bit smaller. The 45 profile is much closer to stock revolutions / mile.
