wow, that stoptech stuff has an even higher boiling point than ATE or amsoil...I know a lot of guys that swear by ATE fluid, so i went with it...plus the 2 different colors make flushing a breeze.

i boiled my fluid at the track also, but i waited till i was home to cut the grass...

Just read a article on blue brake fluid being recalled for the color. GmbH and ate are the ones recalling it and will buy back the fluid.

Only due to the color?? Nothing to do with the performance? If so who cares?? I surely am not going to drain my fluid because they don't like the color..

Or are you saying you can get your money back due to the recall?

strange...though when I bled my brakes I used a Gatorade bottle, and my first thought was " I hope the kids don't drink that when i'm not looking"

Super Blue does look rather tasty though... I remember pouring it into my car thinking, "I wonder if it tastes as yummy as it looks... ??? " LOL

Good thing I still have one bottle of it left in the garage. Now I dont know whether to use it on the eclipse or save it for the RA... >_>

This isn't a necessary tool but if you're changing lines or bleeding your brakes by yourself the Motive Brake Bleeder is awesome. It's little pricey but since I track my car I bleed my brakes a lot. My wife is happier that she's not my brake bleeder any more too.
