wtf does that mean?

 

All it means is that they use a slightly thicker windshield glass to help reduce engine and road noise... Am actually curious how much of a difference something like that makes (road noise has been an issue - but it is very subjective)... I have a 2009 and looked at the 2010s at my dealership and noticed other "sound proofing" enhancements like insulation under the hood (2008 and 2009 did not have this)...

 

Yeah, I dont hear much of anything in my 2010 except for the sub in my trunk . Def not excessive engine noise.
