Project Ralliart?

So we are thinking towards the future and our next EvoM project car (in addition to the evo 8) and we are thinking the ralliart may make a great addition since it will probably appeal to a larger audience and being how new it is.

So my questions are these:

How important is a site official project car to you?
Do you like official product reviews and put credit in their results?
Do you think the Ralliart is the way to go?
What sort of modifications would you like to see?
What color?

We would probably start this project late summer right after our official test of the car in August. Let us know your thoughts

I personaly like to see project car in this site and New Ralliart is the way to go. It's not an Evo but 09 Ralliart with turbo will make a great car with some modifications. In addition, Official product reviews have to be there because we will know more about the products with it. Although there are alot of modifications you can do, you can start with basic (or ligth) toward to hardcore. Finally, I like to see White RA with some modifications.

It would be nice to see the Ralli Art as a project car.

It isn't. However I enjoy reading a good build up thread.

Do you like official product reviews and put credit in their results?
Official product reviews are very useful for a new car like the RalliArt.

Do you think the Ralliart is the way to go?
Sure. Why not? Not everyone can afford an EVO.

What sort of modifications would you like to see?
Something that is not out of reach for the average person.

What color?
White, if it is available.

THIS site official project car is not that important to me because I don't see myself getting a new RA anytime soon.

Do you like official product reviews and put credit in their results?
I love official product reviews, especially from a site with such great car enthusiasts like you guys. I 110% put credit in their results because they most likely have driven and know a great deal about many different cars. It also helps to hear such detailed descriptions when talking about a product.

Do you think the Ralliart is the way to go?
Yes, most definitely the way to go. The new Evo has enough attention as it is, it would suck to see this generation RA fall off like the last one did where not many people put out mods for it.

What sort of modifications would you like to see?
Typical bolt ons is nice but it would be great to see heavy modifications real fast to see it's real potential but we all know it takes time.

What color?
WHITE!!!!

Not particularly, but it's never been a car that I've owned, so my opinion probably isn't that important.

Do you like official product reviews and put credit in their results?
Yes

Do you think the Ralliart is the way to go?
Assuming it turns out to be a decently popular car, then yes.

What sort of modifications would you like to see?
Handling and modifications geared towards autocross and track performance. I would like to see a car that can bring the pwnage to its street prepared class (probably ESP, where the WRX is.) Bonus if you guys do an autocross season with it. Nothing backs up a review like winning some bling to go with it.

What color?
White would work best with the EvoM logo.

A Ralli Art project car would be great. Keep the mods cheap so people can afford them. I think Practicle mods is the key. Oh hopefully getting decent gas mileage with some mods won't be out of the question. 4 dollar a gallon kind of hurts these days.

I dunno, I think you should definately wait and see what the sst can handle. Because if it can't handle much the ra might not be a great project car.

Not THAT important. Would love to read the build though.

yes

Do you think the Ralliart is the way to go?
yes

What sort of modifications would you like to see?
1. How much it will take to get to the power level of the evo
2. Cams, turbo, exhaust, piping, tune. Not really that interested in handling. If you want to autoX or road race, buy an evo. Bang for the buck you will not get the ralliart close to the evo's handling because of the evo's AYC.

What color?
Color doesn't matter IMO

I can tell you it is exactly the same SST as the evo. Estimates of safe power are around 350whp. Yes it will probably hold more, but do you want to pay the 8k replacement bill?

Yes, I will be picking one up in december, so i'd love to see what can be done with it. I believe the Ralliart will out sell the Evo X if enough of them are produced

Asking what color should the car be. I was originally thinking that orange color since it stands out and is special to that car. My personal choice would probably be white though

I think you misunderstood me, what I was saying is that if you want a good project car make sure it can handle what you want to do with it. That's all.
