yes it will, if you recirculate it.
I had it on my VIII, but its flatters too much.

It might flutter even more since the turbo is smaller and running less boost.

An intake will make your stock dv make noises for 1/3 of the cost of that. It'll make power too....

From experience its has to be an open element to make noises. I don't think the drop in will do much in sound. Maybe the HKS one. I'm gonna do the first stage of mods soon. As soon as this ZChip is released or someone local can flash this car good.

I.E. If you open the air box the DV will make noises. The air box is sideways now though....hahaha. The airbox is there to keep the noise down, keep the air cleaner and keep the temps low.

Maybe you should try the full intake system.
I don't plan on removing the Airbox on this car though. Keeping it very very mild.

Stay away from the Greddy and the HKS, they're notorious for causing issues. If you want a better BPV, buy the metal Evo 9 one. If you want to make the stock BPV louder, you need to run more boost (meaning a tune), have a larger exhaust and an intake. The intake won't give you much power (if it gives you anything at all) but it'll make all noises that much more noticeable.

Not unless you go to the Forge or APS units. Even then, the sound won't be that much louder, it's simply the nature of the beast. If you want the car to run 100% fine, you need to recirculate all the air which keeps the noise down. If you want sound, you need to vent some air to the atmosphere which makes the car run worse (potentially).

Yeah, not sure if it's worth the money though.
