Here's my question to TTP:

Would intake, exhaust, Z-chip and tune put the ralliart at or over that 300wtq threshold?

alright peeps, I JUST got back from Florida.

My MPG to Florida w.o Chip was about 26 MPG
On the way back to Texas WITH zchip it was at 24.4 MPG

So it did drop a little for me, but it wasnt bad.
On the way back I would acclerate 80-100 frequently to test out some top end in 6th gear in normal mode.
I couldnt really tell much of a difference..how fast does a stock RA accel. from 80-100?

Also my CEL seems to go off and on. and sometimes the car feels like its in sports mode when I slow down, cuz the gears start downshifting a bit rough in normal mode...not sure if it's because of the increased psi..? maybe someone knows..or perhaps TTP can fill me.

I can def. tell it accels quicker when i take off from 0. and its just by me sitting in the car..no instuments. I can post a vid of my going to 0-60 here and yall can compare perhaps?

and my car is just stock. only chipped and tuned.

going 0-60 in sports mode ( sorry for the crappy quality) and you can see the cel come on towards the end lol.



Heres my car in park afterwards and after it threw a cel...( the idle problems goes away after you turn it off and turn it back on..usually just does it have the overboost cel)



and here it is again after i turn it off..no high idle.

Just using the timer on your vid it looks like 0-60 in about 5 seconds.

Yeah I got between 4.8 and 5.5 using my iPod as a stopwatch but who knows how accurate that method is.

80-100 that can't help the MPG, or comparable driving on the way for the chip?

Did you power-brake at all? (It doesn't really sound like you did, which is good.) Decent acceleration.

Nice info. So now we kno the RA has potential. All Mitsu need now is to release a manual tranny and the car will have no restrictions.

dyno's all about calibration, only good for measure the aprox. gain for you mods and money
The real numbers comes form the track. And some times they are heart breaker...
