What is causing that large dip at about 4650 RPM of that dyno graph? Looks like the first graph that was posted, only farther up the scale.

The ZChip fixes that.

We would like to get a few more custom dyno tuned Ralliarts in house to insure little variation from car to car.

it looks like there was a big dip in HP and torque around 4700rpms, what caused that?

There should be a baseline on the chip it self, and you can have it tuned for your particular car.

This is correct. There are basemaps pre-programmed based on a questionaire we fill out on the vehicle prior to programming.

ok what i would like to know is how much of a difference between baseline z chip not tuned vs a tuned z chip. The price of the chip alone is not bad but they add tuning and dyno time, price gets a little crazy there. Also if you dont live in the area and have to drive some hundreds of miles, thats gas money there spent too.

Miami is about 3 hours from Orlando.

Getting any car tuned is gonna be pricey. I suppose you could buy a wideband and log some runs on the highway.

Tuning isn't that pricey, you can get a good tune for anywhere from 100$-300$.

The custom tuning we are doing for our ZChip customers in house is $99.
