REALLY? lol. It's a forum, and whereas i agree spelling does take away from an argument, that's just nitpicky. Geezz.

We're not talking about some 5 ton truck made in 1976, we're talking about the Ralliart, a car people like to claim is a great performing car. Are you telling me some gravel can fell a Ralliart driving at the speed limit/a safe speed for a corner? If that's the case, it's a POS car (which we know it isn't).

The road was part of the issue. Had there not have been gravel he might have not ran into the curb.

If you're going to insult someone's intelligence, it's important. If you're just posting, it doesn't really matter (unless it's truly terrible).

Sure much like the road is the issue when a drunk driver crashes. This was a case of an individual driving far too fast for the conditions and massively over-exceeding the abilities of the vehicle.

I agree, except for the freak accident part.

Most likely, however we don't know facts so it would be ignorant to assume he was speeding.

Maybe he felt bad for getting into an accident or messing up his car.

I was just disagreeing with how you rubbed it in and immediately called him out with what he said on a forum. Lets just be glad he's fine, not run into here and call BS on the little facts.

Hiow do you know that? Why? becuase his vehicle flipped over 6 times. You don't even know how fast he was going and you don't know the speed limit of the road he was on. Even at sliding at 50mph could cause you to flip over if you hit a curb that hard.

And how many roads with a speed of 50 mph have corners so hard that he could be induced into a slide? Moreover, how many roads with that kind of speed limit have curbs as opposed to walls? Also, if the speed limit is that high, the city would clear the roads, further reducing this idea that a patch of gravel caused the accident (without speeding as well). I live in the same city, I know the roads.

OK based on the facts we can make some pretty good conclusions. I'll list them and the logic.
1. The roads are dry, I'm looking at them right now and they're dry.
2. The street sweepers have been out removing large amounts of gravel.
3. The Ralliart has AWD.
4. The Ralliart is classified as a sporty vehicle.
5. The Ralliart, being AWD and a sporty vehicle, is unlikely to be induced into a slide at slow speeds especially if the roads are dry.
6. If 5 is true, the speed at which the car was traveling cannot have been slow.
7. If the speed cannot have been slow, the speed must have been fast.
8. If the speed was fast, it was speeding given that most, if not all, speed limits are classified as slow (combine this with the point above).
9. The individual in question has admitted in the past to speeding
well its probably cuz i was going 49 over...
guess i shouldnt try to rush home when i tired as hell
Now I'm no big city lawyer, but I'd call that a pretty good case for the idea that he was speeding.

Lmao reading 5-8 made me feel extremely slow. I agree with 3-9. Ill have to take your word on 1 and 2. I still want to wait and hear what the driver has to say, but for now, you win.

I live in this city, you're wrong. This isn't New York, roads with a speed limit of 50 MPH (roughly 80 kph) are well cleared by the city.
