I asked what road he crashed on. I find it absolutely ridiculous that people who don't live in the same country as the OP are arguing with someone who can look out their window and see the conditions.
Let's use some logic here. He said he hit a curb and flipped. Now then, to do that, you have to hit the curb sideways. He also said he was turning at the time. I'm guessing he was on a residential road/not a main, high speed road, hit the gravel, slide and smoked the curb. Speed is the issue. If he went straight, he would have hit the curb.

Or they need to just lock the thread. Otherwise someone will never give up until he can hang his next plaque up saying "I won thread #xxx on this date and achieved xxx post count". But then again who are we to question someone who has "6 years of experience" posting on forums

This thread is simple:
1.There was a car accident
2.The driver was injured and had a concussion but he is okay (Thank God!)
3.The car may or may not be totalled (we wont know til the OP says so, it was rolled so most likely.)
4.The weather was said to be clear by some1 else in the city(So it prolli was)
5.Speed was a factor (The OP admitted this, no DEBATE needed)
6.Road conditions was a factor (The OP also admitted this, 50mph turn possibly okay but 50 mph turn + gravel = this thread
i dont understand the bickering that is going on. the driver is at fault, no1 is saying it isnt. no matter what kind of street sweeper, cleaning crew, or old lady with a broom there is still a possibility of so many factors. The OP said move on..

OP im glad ur okay, i had a girlfriend die in a car accident 2 years ago, the car was flipped many times. (AND SO THERE IS NO DEBATE: it was driver error!).. im sorry to hear about your RA i would b very upset if i lost mine.. im hear to talk if u need some support.. b safe man
OK now I know it wasn't gravel that was the issue. I'm sorry but that is the exact route I take everyday.
