Lug Nuts

So has anyone come up with a solution for our stock lug nuts on aftermarket wheels or if they were powerdcoated black or ect,. I plan on gettn my stock rims painted black and dont really wanna paint my chrome lug nuts. Any ideas out there? thanks guys

you can buy the ralliart black lug nuts (japanparts.com has them under outlander accesories) they are a bit pricey, but really good looking.






BTW, they are installed in a evo 9, but lugnuts are the same on your car

$248.60 for black lug nuts, thats gotta be a record, crazy, any others ideas out there

^ Those, or I always see anodized lugs like that at places like AutoZone, Advance Auto Parts, etc. for a lot cheaper

You're just painting your stock wheels, right?

Here are some black lugnuts that are directly compatible:

pretty sure the black mag lugs from certain Toyota trucks will work.

Go to Rockauto.com and do a part number search for p/n "611169", manufacturer "Doorman".

Assuming these were powdercoated, they might be more durable than spray paint

you people do realize you need shank style lugs on your factory wheels and 99% of the aftermarket lugs you see are not designed to work with your factory wheels.

i like Ray's engineering. Very very light. You can save good amount of sprung weight with those.
Only thing is, they are painted. so you can scratch the paint off from them, also the red is actually for me is more like dark pink

yeah im just making sure you dont listen to all these people telling you the wrong things. if you do end up getting aftermarket stuff i would be interested in picking up your oem shank lugs.

Those people might used the stuff what they recommend and tried it.
If more then couple guy recommend something after they used it -tried it , then maybe it is a good thing to listen to them, specially if you haven't tried it or dont know anything about it.
Just a hint.
