Question Installed Cobb

So I plugged it in and used the "stock" flash which I am assuming is the stage 0. It downloaded my OEM ecu map but when I look on the accessport I don't see it. Did I miss something? Is the stock" flash the proper one for stock (stage 0)?

There should be maps, stage 1 91 stage 2 91 , etc. The "stock" map is stock tuning. Download the maps from COBB.

Software always system internet connection offline.

My vehicle is not modified and so the "stock" tune is for non modified vehicles...correct?

Also the setting to remove access port will reset the ecu to OEM?

ok here is it

Before install make sure the AP has the latest firmware!!!!!!!

then DL the maps you want on to the AP

keep in mind that the AP might have random Maps on it when you plug it in... NOTHING TO WORRY about...

now plug in the AP to the OBD2 cable... and plug the OBD2 connector to the OBD2 port under the dash..

the AP will boot up... turn key to on position..

now pick a map to load... i stated with a non tune map like anti theft map

the AP will DL you stock ECU tune on to the AP... and store it on a Safe File in side the AP that can NOT be accessed... until you unmarried the AP form the car and it will restore all the OEM stock tune and info back to the ECU

now follow the instruction on finishing installing and loading the map.. if you us the anti theft map make sure you reinstall the " installed stock" map to the car or it will now start and you will FREAK out for now reason... i know i DID the first time... lol

once it all married and loaded the AP will need you see the computer once again to make sure the correct maps are loaded on the AP to besafe and if it has other maps that you didnt load just delete it and will be off the AP for good!

Acceleration is significantly increased and the car shifts a lot smoother. Top end could still be better.

^ Ask everyone on the forum to ship you a bit of 93 octane so you can feel the rush . Then you will be hooked like a druggie and you will get the shakes when you are running on 91.
