Tune Up Time

Ok guys,

I got my new used Ralliart and shes got 44k miles. Now im looking to do a full tune up. I would like to know what I should do. I don't think the Tranny fluid has been flushed yet either. So please let me know what to change and product info. I know I could search every certain thing but some of you know everything. I would like to do filters, plug everything. Reliability is most important to me. Thanks!

Ex. 5 Quarts Mobile One 5-30 blah blah

I appreciate your help with my situation. What I dont appreciate is your attitude towards helping people in need. Ok so now I know what type of fluids to use, but maybe i'm just not a mechanically inclined as you. I know there is more to tune ups then JUST fluids. Thanks though.....

Please understand this is not a dig. Look in your owners manual. Every scheduled maintenance required to uphold your warranty and maintain your car is in there. If you are looking for part numbers to do the tune up yourself then you can ask the dealership that supplies the parts to give them to you. If you plan on having the work done there, there's no reason for you to ask the members to give you this info because the dealer will take care of everything for you. It's frustrating when people ask questions that could be answered very easily with an owners manual or a simple call to the dealer of choice when it's something as easy as a tune up. This is why people get sarcastic. Do try to use the search option before you post a question. Most likely there will be a answer you can find by just typing a few key words.

Alright, so I guess hitting up the dealer is my best bet for the parts and labor since there is no records of scheduled maintenance anywhere and we are kinda nervous.

Thanks EvoOtto!

It's called forum etiquette man. The reason threads don't just disappear when people stop posting is so that we can use the search function.

Be prepared to get treated this way over and over and over again until you learn to use the search function before posting

For example, a quick search on "Scheduled Maintenance" of the 09+ ralliart forms yeilded this link:
https://www.evolutionm.net/forums/09...nce-table.html

And that link answers all of your questions. If after reading that link and the links within it you still had questions it would be appropriate to post a reply in that thread. This makes it much easier for all of us to find what we are looking for when we need to find it.

Of course, there will be times that we cannot find what we search for... in those cases you preface your post with a comment like: "Sorry if this has been covered already, i searched and could not find an answer to my question.. so here it goes" This will help cut down on the search comments.

...would have changed the entire tone of this thread. You basically admitted in the first post you know the information was out there and how to find it, you were just too lazy to do it and wanted other to do the research for you.
