headlights - non hid
Try using the HID kit alone without the DRL Bypass. If they have trouble igniting at first try, then it's safe to assume it's your HID Ballasts.
Just an update... Last night I switched out the ballasts with some others that I had for the high beams (same brand). The lights seem to work fine now. So I guess the ballasts were going bad. I'll have to contact HID Depot and have them send me some new ones, hopefully.
Thanks for the help!
Thanks for the help!
I had the dealership install my HID's and when they started acting up they eventually just burnt out. The bulbs actually exploded inside the headlight and melted part of the housing. Luckily the dealerships replaced it all and put the stock bulbs back in. But ya I'm kind of interested in anyone else who could suggest HID quality headlights. I'm just so tired with dealing with these HIDs.
