Yesterday I was on the way home from chiciti montrose harbor meet nd my trans shifting all crazy bout it so I pull over let the transs cool of nd when I put it in d car doesent wanna go so I still let the trans cool off for a bit nd than it starts driving missing second gear after a while everything is perfect but mine engine lite is on

 

I'm not going to even hint of the possibility on blaming the OP as I think you're probably already going nuts with guilt considering "did I do this to my transmission?" or "is this crap going to happen again?"

BUT just to emphasize on the importance of the SST Fluid change; this is mine at 22,000 miles:


The new one is super clean white, sorry I didn't snap a pic of the clean one.


The left is the used SST Fluid, the right is brand spankin' new.

I was a bit surprised myself.

I wish you luck and hopefully your RA will give you worry free enjoyment from years to come.

 

At the dealer they said they never had shot like that wit those trans nd they guna swap a new sst on Friday now this time I'm guna change fluids every 15000 miles

 

I was really hoping that I would see a "yeah its not that bad actually" lol...
I'm guessing there hasn't been much to report on that subject

Kinda feel like a phoney- shifting while my left foot is just asleep at the wheel ...(then again in jersey traffic it has it benefits)

and wow that last picture is pretty scarey, after 22k our sst's are swimming in left over coffee???

 

Picking it up tomorrow from Fred Beans Mistsu outside Philly tomorrow, as far as total damage I think my bill of is somewhere around $750+...but that includes maintenance, oil and emissions.. Its been almost 6 days since I dropped off, kinda eager!
