quick demonstration of ignance:

the fact that this is in here: 09+ Lancer Ralliart General

does that mean we're talking about a different cable than I need for my IX? and if so will that matter to the vendor?

I doubt this is a problem, just want to make sure it's not.

never mind. 2.0 it's fine for my IX.

http://www.tactrix.com/index.php?opt...lash&Itemid=41

but I don't think it's good for my 02 WRX.

I think it is good for the 02 wrx and other non-canBus subarus. However for the 02 you would need a specific reflash cable (it's only a few dollars and is sold by Tactrix as well).

I'm not shutting this down, or anything, but we need to hold off for a couple days until some details get ironed out on how to properly proceed with this group buy. I realize that there are plenty of people interested in making this happen, and it would benefit everyone if a deal can be struck, so I fully intend to make it work, it just needs to be done the right way.

Gauging interest openly by any member is not necessarily a problem, but the actual execution of a group buy needs to be handled in a certain way in order to conform with site policy, so I will contact the necessary parties and we will go from there.

Quick update, because I know there were many interested in this: We are awaiting an official sponsorship from a registered EvoM vendor and we can get this ball rolling again.

Thanks for your patience
