fix for "unable to connect" error in ECUFlash 1.30+
This is the error that many people have gotten with ECUFlash v1.30+ and some older Tactrix cables:

Turns out that this error with newer versions of ECUFlash is an issue with some older cables. Anyone with a Tactrix cable (bought from Tactrix or Mynes) that does not work with ECUFlash v1.30+ should contact support@tactrix.com. They will set you up with some software that can fix the cable issue.
