Ok so I've had my RA for over a year now. And since day one I've had trouble with the hood release latch. It feels like I'm about to break the plastic handle off. Does anyone else have this problem? And is there a way to fix this?

I had a similar problem with a previous car I owned(NOT a Mitsubishi), and I think I just had a mechanic lubricate the line, connection, and latch area and it fixed the problem. Maybe you can try that method with the Ralliart?

 

Do I use grease, oil, or WD-40?

 

White Lithium grease if anything.

 

Where do I put it at?

seriously though, you might want to try putting some on the latch mechanism up front.

 

For a year and yr just now getting worried? Well if anything ask yr mechanic or the dealership mechanic.
